由Hudson推出的在各個平台均受歡迎的「益智系列」終於登陸次世代主機Wii平台，這款系列第一作依然是以風靡全球的「數獨」遊戲為核心，在遊戲中一共提供四種難度，總計六百道題目，同時還支持原創題目的作成。遊戲的操作可以借用Wii遙控器手柄的指示功能進行更直觀的操作，也可以將手柄橫握利用十字鍵和AB鍵進行普通操作。每次解答完問題都可以獲得一定的星數，當積累到一定程度時就可以讓自己的段位上升。除了支持雙人對戰外，本作還支持2P輔助支援功能，可以利用2P手柄為答題者進行指引。
