裝唔到ovr呀!可憐!試試這吧!
您電腦裡裝的Microsoft AppLocale
因為衝碼造成錯誤，
你去C:\WINDOWS\AppPatch目錄下有一個叫AppLoc.tmp的檔案，
你用記事本開啟，把裡面刪光後存檔，並且把這個檔案的屬性改成唯讀，
這樣應該就可以裝了。
直接把Microsoft AppLocale移除是最好的方法
